Can we buy summit tickets at the venue?

No, all tickets are sold via our website per event.

Can we get a group discount?

The website is up to date with all the current ticket prices and offers. 

Can I add additional tickets to my group?

Yes, please bring as many gemba people as possible. If you have already purchased your Summit ticket and wish to add additional summit tickets, you can access your account via the online portal on your most recent confirmation. 

Can I change the name of an attendee, even if they are from another company?

Yes, you can change any attendee details via the online portal on your most recent confirmation. 

Can I cancel a ticket?

Cancelations are dealt with according to our Terms and Conditions. 

What is the dress code for The Summit?

Smart casual dress code.

What does a Gemba Summit ticket include?

Your Gemba Summit ticket will give you a new lean perspective of life and work by giving you access to all keynotes and breakout sessions, opportunities to connect with other lean enthusiasts, the event app, refreshments throughout the day, lunch each day and the Gala Dinner on Monday evening. What an experience!

I have a dietary requirement; will I be catered for?

Yes, when completing your online ticket information, you can tell us what your dietary needs are, and we will take care of you. Please introduce yourself to any of the catering staff so they can serve you directly.

Is the venue accessible for those who have a physical need?

Yes, the venue is accessible to and on all levels. There are escalators and lifts to each level. You can tell us how we can best assist you when you complete the online ticket information. If you are concerned, please get in touch with us.

Is there car parking at the venue?

Yes, Titanic Belfast has 520 secure, underground parking spaces. Parking charges begin at £2.20 for the first hour and £1.20 per hour thereafter. Payment machines are available on Level -1 and -2 and accept cash, credit/debit card, Android, Google and Apple Pay. Payment can also be made by contactless card at the exit barriers.

The underground car park is open 24hrs and has a maximum height of 2.1 metres. For high sided vehicles there are several pay and display above ground car parks available nearby on Queen’s Road. 

Where can I stay when I am at the Summit?

Belfast hosts some of the best hotels in the world and you can stay wherever you wish.

There are several hotels that are nearby the Summit Venue that we have negotiated a great Summit delegate rate. The discount links will be sent to you via your confirmation email after you have booked your Summit ticket.

I am travelling from outside Ireland. Where can I fly to?

The airports that you can fly to are listed at https://gembasummit.com/travel-advice 

You can also book a ferry from the UK mainland or France at www.stenaline.co.uk & www.irishferries.com

Do I need a Visa to come to N. Ireland?

If you don't have a British or Irish passport you will have to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA).The best place to apply for your ETA is via the UK Government App. An ETA will cost £16 per person.

What currency is used in Ireland?

Belfast is in N. Ireland which uses £stg. If you plan to travel to the South of Ireland, you will need Euros. Most retailers in the North and South will accept credit/debit cards, Android, Google and Apple Pay (some will not accept Amex).

Are there any toll roads in Ireland?

If you plan to drive in the South of Ireland (it is a beautiful place to visit) you will encounter tolls on the main routes. These are payable at the toll booths along the way. They will accept cash and card payments. Just make sure you drive through the correct booth for cash or card. The M50 toll around Dublin is payable.

Is the Titanic Experience and Galleries part of the Summit ticket?

No, however, Titanic Belfast has given each of our attendees a discounted price for the Titanic Experience and Galleries. To book go to www.titanicbelfast.com/tickets/ and use the discount code CONFDELS2025 to book your tickets.

Will I be able to communicate with other summit attendees before and after the event, ie a WhatsApp group for delegates?

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, summit attendees will have the opportunity to opt into a summit WhatsApp group for delegates. This will open 30 days before the summit and will run after the summit. Attendees can remove themselves from the group at any time.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, you can buy an additional guest ticket for the Gala Dinner via the registration portal on our website. If you have already purchased your Summit ticket and wish to add a guest to the Gala Dinner, you can access your account via the online portal on your most recent confirmation. 

Is the Gala Dinner formal wear?

You do not have to wear a tuxedo or ball gown, we do ask you to dress smartly. No shorts and t-shirts. We do encourage LOUD shirts!

How can I book the tours?

A list of companies who are open for tours will be sent out from Gemba Summit to your email. On it you will see how each of the tour companies prefers you to book and pay for their tour.

Are the tour tickets included in the Summit ticket?

No, the tours on Day 3 are optional and are charged directly by the host company to the attendee.

How do I get to the tour that I have booked?

It is your responsibility to get to and from your chosen tour location. There will be other attendees going on the same tour as you. Ask the host company who else will be attending and maybe you can connect with them and car share with them to/from the tour.
